It's not often that you see a gleaming, stainless steel ship heading towards you, across the sea, it was almost chrome. Brightly coloured shields hung down from each side of the ship, each with their own smiley face motif.
"That, is just obscene!" observed Miss Blimey loudly as Betty hates Veronica joined her on deck.
"What is it?" asked Betty hates Veronica.
"A knight's ship, be wary, you never know with these guys," warned Miss Blimey who had, in her experience, met all types of mish mash crews on the sea. The knight's ship approached and hailed Miss Blimey with a not so loud speaker.
"Lo fair lady, do come aboard a sup with us," requested the Captain, Sir Jollyweare.
"What do we do?" asked Betty hates Veronica.
"What can we do, we go aboard," conceded Miss Blimey, fully aware that the rules of ocean conduct demanded she accept this invitation.
"You're in charge," stated Betty Hates Veronica and grabbed a bottle of wine to take with them.
"Good thinking," said Miss Blimey and with a deft move swung Betty hates Veronica aboard the other ship. The day turned to even song as the two pirate lasses spoke with the knights and discovered they were the famed Knights of Gregarious, feared on the sea for their non-stop verbal onslaughts, which often led to sudden death for the listener.
Soon it was getting on to midnight, as Betty hates Veronica turned to Miss Blimey and whispered, terrified. "I think we're trapped!"
"Don't worry, I have a plan," said Miss Blimey, producing her sword and swinging it wildly at everyone in the room. Within moments all were dead.
"Oh, so that was the plan, kill everyone, very original," observed Betty hates Veronica.
"They just talk too much, they're too friendly, its disconcerting," justified Miss Blimey as she calmly finished removing the last knight's head and wiped her sword on a tea towl.
