"Curses!" Miss Blimey yelled down at the waves breaking under the Bow of the Raven. She had been staring out at the ocean for 3 days now and wasn't feeling any better. It had been a while since she had felt this way and it would be fair to say she was hating every minute of it.
"It will pass, eventually," soothed Betty hates Veronica, offering Miss Blimey yet another bottle of Wild Turkey.
Miss Blimey sighed and took the bottle, she knew this was true, but it didn't make her feel better. Miss Blimey wasn't supposed to be vulnerable, and it annoyed her no end that she had just discovered that she could still have her heart broken by some lusty rapscallion. "I think I need to get away from the prospect of running into people for a while," mused Miss Blimey.
"So, what do you want to do?" asked Betty hates Veronica, who was getting pretty tired of this morose behaviour.
"Drop me on that deserted Island, pick me up in three days, I'll be fine then," replied Miss Blimey, and turned back to face the ocean. Betty hates Veronica took the helm and directed the Raven towards the island. "Why did I rescue that fool Blade? I should have known this would end in tears," stated Miss Blimey as she jumped into a dingy and headed for the Island.
"We all have to take some risks with matters of the heart!" yelled Betty hates Veronica after Miss Blimey.
Once on the Island Miss Blimey found herself finally alone. Her mind wandered over the past few months and her anger grew. Miss Blimey realised she was angry with herself for trusting anyone, and vowed not to do that again. After all she had enough troubles, what with marauding hoards of scoundrels on the sea. When Betty hates Veronica returned for her three days later, she found Miss Blimey almost back to her old self. "Let's find some trouble Betty H.V!" she laughed. "I feel like a bit of a skirmish!".
The End
